Meet The Team

Robert W. Gerber

Managing Director

Robert is a former diplomat with over 20 years of experience managing international teams in five countries. During his government career he served as Director for Europe at Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, Political/Economic Counselor at U.S. Embassy Reykjavik, and Chief of Staff at the Bureau of Economic and Business Affairs at the U.S. Department of State. He shaped public policy in Washington, DC working under Republican and Democratic administrations in the executive branch, as well as in the U.S. Congress. Robert has an MBA from George Washington University and B.A. from the University of North Carolina. He has designed and led professional training workshops on energy, critical minerals, and trade policy.
